ONE SERVING
INGREDIENTS
1 small banana, peeled and halved
50g (1/4 cup) thick Greek~style yogurt
1 egg
30mI (2 tbsp) maple syrup
5ml (1 tsp) lemon juice
2 ice cubes
slice of orange, to serve (optional)
1. Put the banana, yogurt, egg, maple syrup, lemon juice and the ice cubes into a food processor or blender.
2. Blend continuously for about 2 minutes until the mixture becomes really pale and frothy.
3. Pour into a tall, chilled glass and top with a slice of orange, if you like.
