Manning Valley Free Range Eggs:  Nature's Intention

PRAIRIE OYSTER

SERVES ONE

INGREDIENTS

5ml (1 tsp) Worcestershire sauce
5ml (1 tsp) white wine vinegar
5ml (1 tsp) tomato ketchup or tomato sauce
1 egg yolk, unbroken
cayenne pepper

1. Place the Worcestershire sauce, white wine vinegar and tomato ketchup or tomato sauce in a tall, narrow glass and mix together using a long-handled spoon or stirrer.
2. Carefully slide the unbroken egg yolk into the glass but do not stir. Sprinkle in a little cayenne pepper and down the whole lot in one gulp.
