Easy Super Healthy Eggs

Ingredients:

  • 2-3 Manning Valley Free Range Eggs

  • Handful baby spinach

  • Tsp Chia seeds

  • 1 tsp coconut oil

Method:

  1. Heat a frypan over medium heat, add coconut oil and crack eggs sunny side up. Cook for a few minutes or till liking.

  2. Top with spinach and chia seeds last 2 minutes of cooking

  3. Add a little pink rock salt and cracked black pepper if desired
