Method:

  1. Heat any leftover vegetables

  2. Fry 2 Manning Valley Free Range Eggs in a pan

  3. Top vegetable with eggs

  4. Season with Sea Salt and pepper

  5. Optional – Pre boil eggs can be used on top instead of fried eggs.
