One Pan Easy Breakfast

Serves 2.


Method:

  1. Cook 2 rashes of Bacon and cook the cherry tomatoes at the side of the pan

  2. Remove both

  3. Fry 2 Manning Valley Free Range Eggs in the same pan

  4. Arrange onto your plates

  5. Top with fresh sliced cucumber, avocado or fresh cherry tomatoes

  6. Sprinkle with fresh herbs (optional)
