Superfood Chia Scramble

Ingredients:

  • 2 Manning Valley Free Range Eggs

  • 1 tbsp. milk or cream

  • 1 tsp. chia seeds

  • ½ avocado- sliced

Method:

  1. Whisk together the eggs and milk. Heat Frypan over medium heat, add eggs, cook for a few minutes folding eggs over to scramble

  2. Add Chia seeds the last few minutes of cooking

  3. Serve on a plate with sliced avocado
