  1. Toast 2 slices of Rye or Stone Bread

  2. Spread with feta cheese

  3. Top with half a sliced avocado and 1 sliced pre-boiled Manning Valley Free Range Egg.

  4. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar (optional)
